SHIPPING POLICY

All orders have the option to use UPS and USPS for standard shipping.
Expedited orders are generally sent via UPS, except for Military Addresses, PO Boxes, Hawaii and Alaska orders, which will exclusively ship USPS. The Luminaire Body Care Co. reserves the right to select the best method of shipping.
Orders usually ship the next business day or two based on availability. However, items not available can take up to two weeks to ship. Customers will be notified should there be additional delays.
Customers assume all additional charges not levied by The Luminaire Body Care Co.

PRIVACY POLICY

The Luminaire Body Care Co. does NOT collect, store, trade, rent, sell or lease ANY personal information whatsoever. We respect personal privacy in the most serious regard. Any information we ask, such as billing and shipping information is only necessary to advance your order to you in a satisfactory manner.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted should you receive the wrong order in the form of original method of payment or store credit. Incomplete orders shall be completed without additional expense. Damaged items will be replaced and/or covered via the insurance provided by parcel service. The return item(s) must be unopened, untampered and in resalable condition complete with the original printed forms. If your order is incorrect, forward to:

For the safety of our clients, we cannot accept general returns as we have no control of its condition, safety and/or purity once orders are shipped. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

PRICING POLICY

The Luminaire Body Care Co. reserves the right to change our prices at any given time without prior notification. Raw materials used in the creation of our products are commodities and prices fluctuate in open markets.

ILLINOIS RESIDENTS

llinois residents and businesses are subject to sales tax of 8.75% with the exception of providing an IBT (Illinois Business Tax) certificate.
